175

The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) is now offering LandBank’s digital payment facility as an option for payment. This move is part of PDIC’s efforts to use technology to provide practical services to clients.

Clients with eligible accounts such as LandBank or OFBank deposit accounts, corporate payments, e-wallet accounts, and deposit accounts with other banks can now use Link.BizPortal to pay for services offered by closed banks, which are:

  • outstanding loans with closed banks
  • rental fees of leased closed bank’s assets
  • purchase of closed bank’s assets.

The Portal can also be used by banks to settle certain obligations. In addition, suppliers and service providers can pay fees for bid documents through the Portal.

The Link.BizPortal is accessible 24/7 at https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/Merchants.jsp.
