The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) announced that the PhilHealth Member Portal can be accessed through the eGovPH Super App.
eGovPH (e-Government Philippines) app unifies and integrates services used by government agencies, including PhilHealth, SSS, GSIS, PAG-IBIG, local government units, and others to simplify transactions. Through this app, PhilHealth members can access their health insurance information anytime and anywhere.
“This is definitely one of our urgent priorities as we continuously improve our services and make them within reach by more and more Filipinos who are gravitating towards online transactions,” shared PhilHealth PCEO Emmanuel R. Ledesma, Jr.
To access the PhilHealth Member Portal, do the following:
- Download the eGovPH mobile app via Google Play Store or App Store for free;
- Sign up and provide personal details such as full name, birth date, complete address, mobile number, and email address. A OneTime Password (OTP) code will be sent to the contact number for verification.
- Verify the account using the email address used in the registration. Verified accounts can log in anytime using the registered mobile number.
