The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) is opening its e-bidding portal for corporate-owned residential and commercial lots from 9:00 am on September 27 to 1:00 pm on September 28, 2023. Bids will be revealed at 2:00 pm on the 28th.
There will be 24 residential lots, 20 residential lots with improvements, three commercial lots with improvements, and a mixed residential/agricultural lot will be on sale in an “as-is, where-is” basis, with a total minimum disposal price of PHP150.8 million.
These lots are located in Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Isabela, La Union, Marinduque, Pangasinan, Quezon, Sarangani, South Cotabato, and Surigao del Norte. Properties on offer range from 93 to 5,685 square meters, with a minimum price between PHP106,080 and PHP45.5 million.
The details about these properties can be found at the PDIC e-bidding portal. Bidders are urged to verify the condition, status, ownership, and other details of the properties they’re interested in.
Interested buyers are required to register in the same site to submit their bids online and observe the e-bidding proceedings through the “Assets for Sale” icon located in www.pdic.gov.ph.
If bidding for someone else or an organization, participants need a Pro-forma Special Power of Attorney or Secretary’s Certificate. The document can be downloaded on the e-bidding portal.
