In its 2023 Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR), the Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) recognized top real estate developers from the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) as leaders in various categories.
8990 Housing Development Corporation received the Pag-IBIG Fund Top Developers award for 2023. The New APEC Group of Companies came in second, and Raemulan Lands, Inc. placed third. The Axeia Group of Companies and Fiesta Communities, Inc. took fourth and fifth place, respectively. Borland Development Corporation ranked sixth, Homemark Group of Companies was ninth, and Lynville Land Development Corporation secured the tenth spot.
SHDA members were also recognized as top developers in North Luzon, with The New APEC Group of Companies securing second place, the 8990 Group of Companies in third place, and several others in the top ten.
The top developers for 2023 in the National Capital Region (NCR) are:

- Homemark Group of Companies
- The New Apec Group of Companies
- Charles Builders Group of Companies
- Borland Development Corporation
- Citihomes Builders
- Kaia Homes
Special awards were presented to Raemulan Lands, Inc. for the highest number of units taken out, Borland Development Corporation for the highest performing loans ratio, Citihomes Builders & Kaia Homes for the highest performing accounts ratio, 8990 Housing Development Corporation for serving the highest number of members, John Dorf Ventures Corporation for Mindanao, and Saekyung Realty Corporation for Visayas.

Their achievements reflect their commitment to excellence and underscore the significant impact our association has on housing development.
