Nissan Philippines announced its resilient van model will be upgraded with advanced safety technologies, providing a new standard for family-based vehicles.
The 2024 Nissan Urvan features new technologies that make driving easier and safer. It has a system that helps customers see better at night without blinding other drivers, which can automatically adjust the brightness of your rearview mirror to avoid glare.
All versions of the Urvan also come with Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) that helps keep drivers in control on the road, especially in tricky situations like sharp turns or sudden stops. It does this by monitoring the engine power and brake application and adjusting to keep the car stable and under control. Earlier, this feature was only available in the premium version, but it’s now offered in this upgraded model.
The 2024 Nissan Urvan also has many features that make driving it a more comfortable and secure experience. These features include an Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA) that are available on all models. Additionally, the GX and Premium models are equipped with 6 SRS airbags to provide extra protection in a collision.
“The Urvan has proven to be a reliable vehicle for the transportation needs of Filipinos, and we are happy to introduce these changes to further enhance its safety,” said Nissan Philippines President Juan Manuel Hoyos.
