McDonald’s Tempest Cup of Honor of Kings Unveils Top 4 Teams in Finals!

The McDonald’s Tempest Cup, the biggest Honor of Kings tournament ever, is heading towards its thrilling finale! After several weeks of intense competition involving over a hundred teams from the Philippines, the final four contenders are all set to battle for the championship at McDonald’s Frontera Verde in Pasig City.

The remaining teams – Alpha, Execration, Blacklist International, and Xalt Esports – have emerged as the best in the country. Before the reveal of the top teams, a significant upset came when the tournament favorite and number-one-ranked BOOM Esports was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Xalt Esports.

The finals will showcase a Best-of-Three Semi-Finals, followed by a Best-of-Five Grand Finals showdown. Spectators can anticipate heart-pounding action as these top teams compete for glory.

Event Schedule

  • 1:00 PM – Press Conference and Pre-Show
  • 3:00 PM – Semi-Finals (Best-of-3)
  • 7:00 PM – Grand Finals (Best-of-5)

  2. Execration – Featuring talents like Raphael Alfonzo Umali (XCTN.Rafe), Miguel Adrielle Gavin (XCTN.Mitsura), Sean Andrei Baguino (XCTN.Hide), Karl Ken Bautista (XCTN.Karlll), and John Phillex Bulanadi (XCTN.Dani), Execration aims to seize the championship.
