Tencent is launching the Honor of Kings Open Series, a worldwide tournament for grassroots esports communities!
Players worldwide, including from the Philippines, can register starting April 15th for a chance to compete in the second season of the Honor of Kings Invitational. The tournament is powered by Level Infinite.
Top Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2 players can qualify for the USD3M MidSeason Invitational, part of the Esports World Cup. The event’s estimated prize pool is PHP168M, making it one of the biggest in global esports. The game is committed to fostering a thriving esports ecosystem worldwide.
Honor of Kings has pledged USD15 million for esports in 2024. Level Infinite has been partnering with the Esports World Cup Foundation for three years. Over 1,000 esports tournaments will be held globally for Honor of Kings and PUBG Mobile players.
“Honor of Kings is the most played mobile MOBA title in the world, and with our global launch later this year, its popularity is set to soar beyond anything we’ve ever seen,” said James Yang, Senior Director of Level Infinite Global Esports at Tencent Games.
