Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company xAI finally upgraded its chatbot Grok AI and is free to all X (Twitter) users.

Grok was first introduced in February 2024. Then it was re-released as Grok 2 and Grok 2 mini that comes with enhancements. Presently, the latest model operates three times more quickly, provides better accuracy, supports multiple languages, and adheres to instructions.

Grok 2 also has new features. It includes web search and citations. The image generation tool, Aurora, provides a new level of realism in creating images for the chatbot.

Grok-2 is now connected to X (Twitter), enabling it to utilize information from the social media platform along with real-time web searches to deliver accurate and timely answers.

Grok was only available to Premium and Premium+ subscribers before. Now, it is free for X (Twitter) users, but it has some limits. Users can send 10 messages every 2 hours and can analyze three images each day.
