Mobile Legends Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) champion Fnatic Onic PH and Aurora Gaming will participate in the Mobile Legends M6 World Championships set from November 28 to December 15 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Fnatic Onic PH will face MPL Indonesia champion Team Liquid ID in the opening. Aurora Gaming will be up against Myanmar’s Falcon Esports.

This year’s tournament will use the Swiss format for the group phase. This means that new draws will happen after each round. After five draws, teams with three wins will automatically advance to the playoffs of the USD1 Million event.

Aurora Gaming coach Aniel “Master the Basics” Jiandani expressed no concerns about this new format, as it will be the first time for all teams across the world.

Both teams in the Philippines expressed that they have trained hard in preparation for the competition ahead.

Last year’s world championships led to the victory of the Philippines, represented by Falcons AP Bren.
