The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) brought a new sophisticated method to confirm payment using audio instead of text notifications, called Soundbox.

Soundbox turns business owners’ BPI OneQR payments into a sound of efficiency! It allows business owners, ranging from small vendors to large retailers, a smoother payment process and a more satisfying customer experience.

“Soundbox brings QR payments to a higher level, providing an innovative way to confirm payment instantly when using BPI OneQR,” shared Rally Jereza, Head of BPI Agency Banking.

The bank giant also plans to utilize this innovative device in bustling sectors like food and retail to speed up checkouts and eliminate long queues, ultimately revolutionizing the shopping experience for customers.
