Bossjob, the chat-first career platform changing how professionals are hired in Southeast Asia (SEA), plans to enhance its Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities after joining the prestigious NVIDIA Inception Program.
NVIDIA Inception helps startups grow faster by giving them technical tools, resources, and opportunities to connect with investors. The program has a network of over 19,000 technology startups worldwide.
Bossjob is moving forward with its plans to create a recommendation model using various Machine Learning tools and NVIDIA’s advanced technologies. By utilizing NVIDIA’s powerful GPUs, Bossjob aims to expand across additional job markets more quickly and cost-effectively.
Bossjob co-founder and COO Quak Kiat How sees the program admission as a recognition of the company’s innovative approach and commitment to AI-driven recruitment solutions.
“In the era of Machine Learning and Large Language Models, Bossjob is privileged to build its own model on the shoulders of NVIDIA, constructing a new-generation talent matching engine. The H100 provides substantial support, and after two beta version tests, it will soon be deployed in Bossjob’s production environment,” Quak said.
Bossjob is working on improving the online job search experience by fixing the problems with its current recommendation system. The current system, which uses Amazon Personalize, doesn’t give job recommendations based on real-time data, causing delays for new employers and job seekers. To fix this, Bossjob is creating a special machine-learning system that gives immediate AI-driven job recommendations. This will make the job-matching process faster and more accurate, making it better for users.

Bossjob will create its recommendation model to customize the system and better meet users’ needs while quickly adapting to new job markets. With NVIDIA’s advanced servers, Bossjob aims to provide top-tier, efficient job-matching services, resulting in a more streamlined and effective job-hunting process.
