Chat-first career platform for Southeast Asians Bossjob announced expanding its services in the Bicol region, bringing job opportunities and connecting hiring managers outside the National Capital Region (NCR) of the Philippines.
Strategic partnerships with government agencies, non-government associations, communities, and academic institutions in Bicol allow Bossjob to provide more employment prospects in other cities.
By far, Bossjob has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) to streamline recruitment processes for MNCCI’s 500+ business members and provide job opportunities to locals.
Continuing its momentum, Bossjob secured five strategic partnerships at The Oriental Hotel Legazpi. These partnerships with the Albay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Albay Information and Communications Technology Association (AICTA), Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation, Inc. (SLTCFI), Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation Pilar, Inc., and Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation Pio Duran, Inc., aimed to boost recruitment processes and create job opportunities for the community.
“Our mission has always been to ensure that job opportunities are accessible to all Filipinos, regardless of their location,” shared Bossjob Country Manager Kimberly Chen. “We are excited to bring more opportunities to job seekers outside Metro Manila and to help bridge the employment gap in regional areas.”
