About 3,000 students in Davao City will be granted a one-year scholarship worth PHP15,000 each through the government’s Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program (ISIP).

During the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) – MinDANow: Serbisyo Para sa Mindanao event, House of Representatives Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez also stated that students will receive PHP5,000 in cash through the Assistance for Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program. In addition, they will also be provided with 5 kilograms of well-milled rice.

“No one will leave lonely, and everybody will be happy. We will continue the BPSF program of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and include the youth as its beneficiaries,” shared Romualdez at the University of Southeastern Philippines gymnasium.

The BPSF service caravan plans to distribute 1.2 billion pesos in programs and cash assistance to 250,000 beneficiaries in Davao City. The payouts will continue until September 6, 2024.
